How do you gain stars? / myLot

please explain if you know how can stars be gained here at mylot? And if you have more stars, than you will be paid more? please help me out

U will get a star when u complete 100 posts .. Stars are given with respect to your reputation.. Ur star will tell about your reputation. There is no relation with pay and star. The more quality u post ur discussions the more u get pay and reputation . U should post more discussions to get more pay..
