Hi Friends.....I was listening to one of the famous song of 1950's,. I have been hearing this song since my childhood and it always touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes whenever I heard it. Then suddenly a thought came to me, that the singer, the lyricist, the music director, and all those who came together to make this beautiful song are dead today, and yet the song is living and will live even after I will be dead....Isn't it wonderful that composers or such songs are always alive in their songs and will be remembered forever...........Just wanted to share this with mylotters to see what they have to say.....

Hi Aps! It is very true that songs always remain alive, irrespective of the fact whether their composers, lyricists or singers are alive or not. It is always heartening to hear old songs. I also love listening to old songs of various singers and those singers, music directors and lyricists have become immortal. Next generation will also enjoy their songs, am pretty sure.

Hi Deepak, how are you. Nice to see you. Composers, lyricists, singers and all others who helped to make a song are actually alive through the song........this is what I have to say.... Yes next generation will also enjoy these songs if the originality of songs are retained and not spoiled by remixing.....I don't like remix songs at all. Thanks for your reply.

Yes those were wonderful days when we had some wonderful music groups like ABBA, BONNY M, MICHEAL JACKSON, AND MANY MORE. Now a days music is more replaced by noise that hurts you, or may be we have become old..... Thanks for your reply.

Hi apsara! They should as long as their songs would live. Unfortunately people remember the songs more than the composers. Nevertheless, I believe they should be credited for that.

I agree with you...the real credit should be given to the composers and then to the song. Thanks for your reply.
