I had some credit issues before I got married and had since cleared them up. I wish I had been better informed about credit cards and how they work. I had to pay them off so I could buy a house and get a good mortgage rate. I had told myself that I would not get married unless my debts were paid off and I kept that promise. The only debts I have are my student loans (I am in grad school so I do not have to pay them off yet) and of course my mortgage (which I am working towards getting paid off in seven years). I will never get a credit card again. Credit cards can hurt you if one spends too much.

no, i won't. it was really tempting, but mom always told me not to get one because it might bring me trouble.

I agreed on both those who responds , I had too many last time now I run off of my credit card so it's really a problem having credit card. If ever you have just limit your buying spree don't exceed what you want to buy it's really very tempting to use it.

I have credit card before but I cut it already. It was so tempting, you're not afraid of spending, sometime you're buying unnecessary things because you have a card to swipe on. The credit card company giving you a great deal for you to spend more. Another thing is the annual fee and interest (if you not paying on time). I was grateful that I have no credit card now because I can save more money.
