hey do u know the fastest way to lvl ranged on free to play runescape? i need help . my ranged is currently lvl 45

What I suggest does take longer, but is less attentive to watch...
Go to flesh crawlers with a rune full helm/dhide/200k bronze or iron arrows.

If you have a lot of money and don't mind wasting it, you could bring a lot of arrows (100k+) and go to the wizard tower and camp there. The lesser demon has quite a sum of health and there are usually only up to 3 noob magers there.

Train at red spiders till 60, then go on to giants till 70, then go to the old bounty hunter area and train on greater demons.
