Are manual traffic exchange allowed on Helium?

I have used all the bookmark sites for my Helium passage but it seems that there is still not much traffic to my articles. So, I want to ask if I can use manual traffic exchange to increase traffic of my articles? (I know automatic ones should be banned.)

You'll get banned too when helium noticed that traffic from your articles came from any traffic exchange site this is considered as spam and violation of TOS why not offer exchange link to other bloggers this is some technique that most pro are using.

Yet, unlike blog that we can add link, how can we add link to Helium?

As far as I know Helium does not have such an option. Still, you can check their FAQ section, or their terms and conditions section.
