Sarah Connor, John Connor, and Cameron
SG-1
Enterprise Crew
Marty McFly and "Doc" Emmett Brown
Hiro Nakamura and Peter Petrelli
Darien Lambert and SELMA
Dan Vasser and Olivia Beale
John and Frank Sullivan - true neither traveled through time but Frequency was a unique story.

The Doctor - and anyone...
the entire crew of the U.S.S. Nimitz in The Final Countdown
The Enterprise crew (they did it 3 times in the classic series)
Marty McFly and Doc Brown
Doug and Tony in The Time Tunnel
and Superman (remember, he went back to save Lois?) in the first movie
if I were just doing companion pairs, I'd probably do the first 9 with The Doctor and then the Final Countdown
