Never lose your integrity and the trust of your boss, always make an effort to excell in everything you do and just always be honest and love your work. Always work as if you are working for the king. ANd always ask God for favors. God bless.

It depends on the situation and the mood of the boss. Usually i try to work smartly rather than hard and i will obey his words and i use to talk with him more and will give more respect and which ever work i do in my office i like to ask his suggestions so that he will also have some positive thinkings on me.

hey Deepak, On the lighter side... Find out if your boss has a daughter near your age! Get the Idea! lolsss Seriously, Do your work right and yes, take care to pamper your Boss. You will have to find out how. That's the best way to impress your boss.

What else can we do but to work real hard? Harder than the boss would expect us to. And help co-workers with their jobs if they need it.

hmmmmm.... you've got to make your boss feel as if the work he assigned to you is the most important thing in the world and that you could not complete your day without doing it. make him believe that you respect and admire his authority and capabilities. but as for me, i don't really wanna do these things. i grew quite tired of just swallowing the attitudes of my bosses just so they will think good of me. if they do not think well of me after i did my best i don't really care anymore... this is how you'll feel after working many years for the whims of your boss. LOLZ! ^.^
