What do you believe is waiting for you on the other side?

Personally I believe in reincarnation after death. Because you have children who can recount things that happened to them as someone else. Also because of the strong sense of Deja Vu you can have just going somewhere or doing an activity. I also believe that we are here to learn specific things each lifetime and in order to learn you would have to live different lives. I was wondering what everyone else believes is waiting for them when they die. Please be descriptive as to why you believe this is so.
