WISHFUL THINKING...Life after graduation

When it's already the month of March in our calendars, it would mean graduation time all over the world. Elementary graduates will move on to another four years of extra struggle while high school graduates will then have to choose the course that will best fit them mentally and financially as they will be experiencing college life. The greatest challenge awaits those fresh college graduates as they will be competing against thousands of others unemployed on the labor force who are both hopeful and desperate of having a job that can support them amid global recession. Personally, I'm so worried about my future. I'm wondering what will be the county's economic status in the coming years. Because of the worsening crisis, life keeps getting more difficult each day. Two years fro now, I will feel great wearing to my toga and cap. But the real pleasure is to be able to land into a well-paying job right after I graduate.

You are not alone in this trust me. My son just graduated college this last may and now we have well over 140K college loans and well he is one of those scrambling for a job and well just doing what all others can keep trying until it happens. So congrats to you when that time comes and save some of that worrying energy for when the time comes. It may be a better time then.

After graduation, I will be facing the real world and see life in a bigger picture. What i can do now while i'm still studying is to exert all my best. After all, every hardship is worthwhile when i will be able to get good grades. It will be a sweet feeling to receive my diploma on graduation day, but the sense of real accomplishment and success comes when we know that we really worked hard to attain my goal...

I agree the job market is not good. I'm close to graduating. I hope the economy does get better.
