working out

i was wondering is there any work outs that i can do at home that will eventually lead to me getting a 6 pack or just a flat stomach? i want the fastest most effective way possible.

I did 100 crunches then 20 push-ups then another 100 crunches and 20 push-ups 5 out of 7 days until you see your stomach building up also lay down on the food don't eat as much just eat breakfast lunch and dinner with healthy foods and for a snack try apples or any other fruits you like and don't eat late at night it won't give your stomach enough time to brake down the food since you will be sleeping. I myself started doing this but gave up it wasn't hard I just didn't want to my pack was starting to show but then I gave up and last it all.
