have you ever lost your sleep

Hi, behattieu. Yes, I have lost sleep more than once. Especially with my three year old daughter. When she was two years old, she would stay awake at odd times in the mornings. She did this for a couple of months. It was terrible. I lost so much of sleep over her. Lately, she has been sleeping longer and like a log. I hope that she keeps this up so that we all could get some rest.

Yes,I sometimes get insomnia .Before I used to work night shift and now day shift.So I severed from insomnia for quit sometime but now I am okay with it.When we don't get sleep,we try hard to get sleep but we don't get it.Sometimes its so unpleasant and irritating.

Few days pass I lost my sleep whole night.I tried my best to sleep but impossible because on that day I saw a women dieing on the road(accident).Her whole body was caver with blood,I was scared.I had try to close my eye I see her in front of me.

I have experience that kind of thing also when me and my friends go to the beach, traveling about 6-7 hours is really tiring I don't know why all I do is sit back and watch the places we are passing by. but when we get to the beach resort I felt tire and exhausted and sleepy so I tried to relax a bit but because we need to prepare for our dinner we can't just rest. Then its already dark and everyone is trying to share some story I still don't have the time to rest because I like hearing some story and laugh or get scared. Until everyone feel sleepy they get to their on room and me. The feeling that I felt before we got to the resort and the exhaustion is gone I even felt alive and not sleepy anymore maybe because of the spicy food we ate the bad part of it is I didn't get a good sleep that night. And the next day oh the day we are going to an island from the resort I don't feel well that day its really unpleasant but I try to be energetic as I can and enjoy to trip so I get some heavy stretching and exercise. Luckily we got to have some snacks that is spicy also and it helps me to be more energetic I never thought spicy food is good for waking up our sleepy muscle.
