Those who are conscious to age that soon are also afraid of seeing wrinkles as signs of aging. Most people started to develop fine lines and wrinkles between 30 and 35 years old. On the other hand, smoking, sun exposure, and excessive drinking can cause dehydration and premature wrinkling. As we age, our skin begins to lose its elasticity creating into permanent expression lines. Well, all of these are normal and all of us will go through it. it’s just a matter of living with it or getting rid of usual activities that can make aging symptoms go backward in months. are you worried too to have wrinkles?

it's not really that pleasant especially when you will wear your swim suit because it will be evident. Exercise that target the butt and hamstrings. This will tighten the muscles and skin making it appear smoother. Most medical professionals agree that cellulite is the result of inhibited circulation within women's inflexible fat cells. The causes are not clear, but there are links to estrogen and hormone levels, genetic predisposition, and/or a sedentary lifestyle. A lot of celebrities undergo expensive cellulite reduction treatments. There's an ultrasound-type machine that aggressively massages the afflicted area, kneads at the skin, and rearranges the cellulite cells so that they don't look at obvious at the surface of the skin. This is only temporary--- the cells always resurface in the same areas. It's an expensive cosmetic fix and a huge waste of money for the average woman.

well, I’ve heard that worrying only makes it worse…the more you worry the more wrinkles you get LOL… seriously however, I’m not too worried about the appearance of wrinkles. In my late 30’s, I do see a hint of them around my eyes and on my eyelids but I don’t take them seriously. I think it would be another 10 years before the wrinkles appear in all their glory and by that time I’ll be in my late 40’s so it would be ‘natural’ for me to have wrinkles at that age. I love aging the natural way and apart from keeping my body and skin healthy and clean, I don’t give aging a second thought.
