Sperm motility, any suggestions on how to increase......

Me and my husband are patiently waiting to have a baby. Why is it that others get easily pregnant and doesn't consider it as a blessing? I often think that why not grant those wishes to have kids rather than those who are not willing to have one and hurting those ignorant kids just because they are unwanted pregnancies.
We already consulted an OB-GYNE infertility specialist. Luckily, my reproductive system is good. But my husband, has a low sperm motility and he was advised to take vitamins like Rogin E, Vit. C, gluthatione. Any suggestions on how to effectively increase my husband's sperm motility?

I LOVE CHILDREN.
I don't why the god give childrens to careless people? Actually the god can't give the children really who love the children and who are prayed him.

My husband also had a problem with his sperm and i just want to say that we have now got 4 boys.The dr said that if my husband could wear boxer shorts that were loose fitting aswell as kept down there cool it would help to increase the strenght of the sperm.My husband worked in a foundry where it was really hot,so he done like the dr said and we got the children we wanted.
