I am now a college student taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administation. And there are many times that our professors often give us projects more specifically to create feasibility studies. And whenever there is this kind of task, we are grouped into 3 to 4 people in one group. Most of the time, I lead them and gladly, we have made each project suceed. And now, I was grouped with different people, I made most of the study because they have lots of excuses not to do their parts, but they were crowned by the credits I should be enjoying, is it fair?!

I ran into this problem early in my career. When I complained to my boss, who took the credit I deserved, he told me that is was my problem because I did not protect myself. Lesson Learned. Here is what I would do if I were the team leader in a similar situation. Make chart breaking down each task. Associate a time line to the task and indicate who is to complete the task. You could further break it down as to how much time was spent or the specific accomplishment. Attach the whole thing to your summary. At the very least you should be getting credit as the team leader

Actually, the real problem is, she always runs directly to our adviser and told her the things "She" had already done without the group's help. But the thing is, I am the one who did that. I really get mad at her, really, but i never showed her. In fact, with all the things I have done, I still include their names. Meaning, I am claiming it as the "group work" even if its not. I just get mad because even with my unconditional effort to finish the task, she still have the guts to do this to me, it was really painful to me, yet, I remain calm and wait for her second move. Thanks for the advise, I will consider that.
