How Did You "Come Out" (from the closet) ?

What did you do and how did you prepare for it?

You just wait until you feel comfortable with yourself and who you are. You will have to be sure in who you are because people will try to tear it down possibly (this isnt always the case but better to be prepared for it.) Then you start will those closest to you and work your way down the lader of your life. You don't want those closest to you to find out from someone else it could hurt them. Just be yourself and love yourself.

You are exactly right. You need to prepare well for what you are planning to do and how you are planning to do it. That is also what I did. I started coming out to my sister then to the rest of my family. It was really scary but I am lucky that I have a loving family who supported me with my life decision. I am now happily living with my partner for almost 7 years now.

I should look good inside and out... more support system from friends and family to uplift my SElf- confidence...=)
