The Miz, next world champion?

The Miz won the Raw Money in the Bank and can now cash in for a title shot at any point in time. Do you think he will end up winning the belt? Or will he become the first Money in the Bank winner to lose their title match? I'm a bit torn on this issue, on one hand, the Miz has become a credible wrestler and main event heel. He can easily move into a main event program as champion, and is very over with the crowd. But on the other hand, at some point there needs to be a person who loses a match after winning Money in the Bank, there needs to be a question about whether or not it leads to a world title. What do you think? Will the Miz win the title or end up losing it all?

First of all, there was a time where I really could not stand the Miz at all but he has improved a lot that he's perfectly acceptable. Perhaps he could be the future of WWE, but only time will tell. There were a lot of guys who I thought were the future, but flaked out. Still, over the past couple of years he has really stepped up things in the ring and is moving up. I do think that there needs to be at least one Money in the Bank failure. After all, having every winner succeed strains credibility in many ways. Yes, I know, credibility in wrestling. I think it's going to go like this. The Miz is going to lose his chance but it will be a close match when it happens. Then again, who knows. He does have a year to cash in and anything can happen. I know it could happen at Summerslam, but I can see WWE holding off on Miz cashing in.

I agree with you that The Miz is a pretty good heel and so far the WWE writers are favoring the heels than the faces on their storylines so there is a great chance that The Miz will become World Champion. I actually prefer him to be champion instead of Sheamus. I don't get why the WWE universe is giving that guy a break. He is not entertaining at all. Anyway, I really hope the WWE writers will have something good up their sleeves because a lot of people are already losing interest with the WWE because they seem to have the same old storyline everytime.
