PTC refferals

I just want to know your opinion. Is it advisable to buy refferals in PTC accounts? Why or why not? I have ptc accounts, yet i dont have referrals. im not really good in invitations but i earn a few for me to be able to buy refferals. It's just that im not sure that my refferals would work on their accounts as much as i do.
