What's the Problem?

I've been trying to add a photo to a discussion yesterday? How come whenever I try to upload a pic I get this erroe message ...
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
I've tried for more than 5 times now. Am I doing somthing wrong?
I can add a photo to a response right? or could I only add an image to a discussion I am starting???

After 500 you can add a photo everywhere but if it is too large you will not be able to post it.

flagaz every user can add an image when they start a discussion right from the minute that they register. After 500 they can then add them to responses and comments too.
Of course they must be within the Guidelines or they will all be deleted.

whattype of connection do you have? cause your network might be the problem too... if it's too big for your bandwidth... it'll keep on giving you an error message
