what you should do , if no friends can help you ?

sometimes ,i am so sorry to find that. all my friends around me cannot help . they would like to help me when i am in trouble . but they have no way to help me sometimes. in that situation . i feel so sad, and find that the life are so hard to live on . but for families for parents . i have to overcome any problem in life. though i am hurt hardly . but i still come on . no matter what happens i belive that i won't regret if i do my best . and what about you ?what will you do if no one other could help you when you are in the trouble ?

We all need help sometimes. And sometimes our friends just can't be there. They have their own lives and problems also. Sometimes we have to just be strong and learn to make it on our own. It does depend what your problems are. There are places and people who might be able to help..like said above. People outside of friends and family. Sometimes a stranger can help more than you could ever imagine. Good luck with your troubles and feel free to share more. Mylot can help sometimes too. Great advice to be found here.

What's the problem mate, you can share with us if you want ;)
If my friends can't help me I will ring some charity numbers and have a chat with them. If that's not available where you live you can always talk to people online about your worries, the good thing about that is you will never meet them so you can share anything without worrying that things will come out into the open or that they'll judge you in some way.
Also how close are you with your family? Is it something they can help you with? I don't mind if you message me about things if you need someone to chat to.
