Firefox Tabs?

What can you say about the TABS view on firefox? Is it possible to open 20+ tabs and to click them WITHOUT scrolling LEFT and RIGHT? That will surely hep in viewing all ads at the same time. How can we do that?

you need to have a very good computer probably high ram and processor so as not to have a feeling of hang or lag..
