How can I post ads in craigslist?

I am here in the Philippines and I do online marketing. My client wants me to post ads in craigslist. I get verified however, I wasn't aware that they are not allowing outside US countries to post their ads. Now, I am asking your help on what I have to do to post my ads successfully without blocking my account and IP Address. Please help.. Thanks
