Want to Plant Flowers,,Any Ideas???

I have zero knowledge about flowers except their names...I live in the city and yes there's little space for a lawn but I still want to plant... I thought of cactus because I wouldn't have to bother that much about watering it everyday but I still will appreciate Ideas...Any??

yeah cactus is a good idea, but i suggest you to plant a herbal plant is very usefull

aloe vera Piper Betle Pluchea Indica Ocimun Balisicum Nicolaia speciosa Cucumis sativus etc.
