I have an account in Banco De Oro (BDO) and I linked it to paypal so that I can withdraw thru BDO. But the charge is big for me around Php 200.00. I thought the only charge of paypal to be deducted is Php50.00 only. But everytime I withdraw, there is a big difference like Php200.00. Do you know other banks which charge smaller than BDO? Thanks!

Unionbank's eon card would be a better option. The bank has friendly options regarding transferring money from paypal. You just have to comply with the minimum limit that allows you to transfer with no charge. But then if you can not comply with it only a mere 50 pesos charge on withdrawal P6,999 and below. Above P7,000 no charged fee.

Are from Pampanga? If your from city of San Fernando, Pampanga, they have a branch there at GF Mel-Vi Bldg., Olongapo-Gapan Road, Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Thanks for the information. I am just new here in this place that's why I am not familiar yet with their branch here. I'll try to visit them soon to inquire about their eon card.

I think that's the best option. But I can rarely see Unionbank nowadays especially here in our place. I haven't seen one yet nearby. thanks.

Try Unionbank's EON account. I am yet to open one but you may check their website and they don't seem to have a transfer fee from Paypal account.

I already have a Unionbank EON account/card, but not yet Paypal verified. But I guess, it is a good option compared to other banks, because Paypal partnership is one of the primary focus of Unionbank Retail Banking. I have seen it in their website, they even have Paypal linking/verification guide there.

Try to accumulate your balance to P7000 before making a withdrawal. The transfer I guess will be free of charge as per my last view on my paypal account. But, my local bank account is PNB, I just do not know if BDO has the same policy or terms.

Hmmmm...I wanted to have unionbank's eon card but it is very far from our place. There are many BDO branches here in Bulacan so I just got an account there but I think that they have higher fees that eon.

Get PayPal debit card. It is very easy to get and use.

I inquired to the customer service representative of Paypal, and she said that Paypal debit card is not yet available in our country. I just that it will become possible soon. thanks.
