What do you meant by Team Viewer and how it works?

My friend told that if i have any problem then just install Team Viewer then i will login to your system remotely and then i will solve your query but i don't know first of all what is this Team Viewer and how it works? and i don't know installation process, so can you please guide me friends.

With team viewer you can control 2 PC's or more but you have to install team viewer to both PC. That's the problem. If you want to control the PC your friend or girlfriend, you must install team viewer to their PC's.

Oh is it i thought its only for single pc but now i can realize that i can handle pc's more than 2. Thank you.

Team Viewer is a remote access software. I dont know much about it. But when my head Office in India installed the FTP. They asked me to download the team Viewer here in the UAE and helped me install the FTP on my laptop through remote access.

Team Viewer is a remote desktop connection tool. Download it from here: http://www.teamviewer.com/download/index.aspx
Download the right one for your system: windows mac linux.
You want the one labeled quicksupport.
Call you friend and tell him your username and password that the program gives you.
Wait for your friend to login.

Ok friend i think he already installed the software wait a second i will ask him regarding this and i will reply you back and i will install that software mine is WIndows.
