Philippine bets to these year miss Universe pageant lead the online popularity poll of the official website of Miss Universe.
apart from her highly controversial dethronement and reinstatement, Venus Raj, the Philippine bet for Miss Universe is now face to a bigger challenge of ending the eleven year drought of the country in Miss universe competition.
Currently, Raj surprisingly lead the popularity poll of the official website of Miss universe among the 83 miss universe candidates. she now has stunning rating of 3.58, followed by Miss Brazil 2.83 and Columbia 2.77.
will it be a Filipina's turn to reign this year?

Beauty, poise, and outstanding wit—that is what it takes to be a Miss Universe winner. Her comes this alluring lady, Maria Venus Bayonito Raj, who despite the controversies which hounded her, has seemed to reignite the flame of hope among our countrymen that the Philippines, this time, could have a big chance in actually winning the Miss Universe title to be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Aug. 23.
I know she can do it! Good luck to everyone of us... Let's just pray that she could bring home the bacon!

The Philippines is always leading in online polls. I don't know if the pageant is still implementing it...but I noticed before that Miss Philippines always gets the Piss Photogenic because voting is done via internet! ha!ha!
Anyway, Venus Raj is really pretty! I hope she stands out among the contestants and enter the top 10 at least.

That poll just means there are more Filipino online users who visited the Miss Universe and voted. So it doesn't really mean anything. But I do wish that she will win.
