Where in the Philippines can I get a CELTA orTESL certification?

Any idea as to where can I get a CELTA or TESL certifiction in Manila? I wanted to teach English abroad and in my research, I found out that you need at least one of the above mentioned certificate. I was looking online for schools who offers this course and most of them are located in Cebu. Anyone have an idea? Thanks and Happy MyLotting! :D
