What school in Manila offers CELTA or TESL certificate course

Erratum. In my previous post I misspelled the word certification with certificition (I guess you would say "how dare you look for CELTA courses when you cannot even spell the word certification right!") So, my apologies to grammarians both young and old. Now, does anyone have an idea as to what school offers such courses in the Metro Manila area? How much it would cost me? Can I really work abroad after having the said certificates (or at least one of them)? Thanks and Happy myLotting! :D
