What is the Best and Flexible way to gain weight quick and easy?

Some people suffering lot for there under weight like me. May be i am looking good but my weight is not enough. Under weight for what reason? Eating too healthy can do it. Maybe you need more mashed patatoes and gravy, bread and butter, donuts and cakes, coffee with cream and sugar, mexican food. Stuff like that would do it for me. Only side effect is feeling full and putting on weight. Hehe

I imagine it would also be hard on your digestive system. Most of the people who do heavy carbs are those who do heavy cardio. It's why long distance bike riders can eat a full carb breakfast before going out-they are using the quick burn sugars. Most of us do not do nearly that amount of cardio to burn it quickly and efficiently.

I think so, yes. But that is why some gain weight. No carbs to keep it at bay as it were.

DmRobi- Putting on weight can be a tricky matter, because it's not just about eating lots of calories and carbs. It's about eating, as mentioned, healthy. For weight gain, you want to know your ideal muscle mass so that you can begin to feed this muscle mass with formulated weight gain additives. This can be anything from simply adding more protein through your meats, or by taking a weight gainer from a local health food store. I prefer to do both when working on muscle mass, so I will typically add in weight gainer after a muscle work out. (This is not a cardio workout, this means actually doing exercises designed to put on muscle mass). That mentioned you need to build muscle to put on weight. Muscle mass weighs more than fat, so the more you have the more you weigh. The easiest way to do this is by adding in a weight regiment to your workout. Do not give up your flexibility training and cardio, but do add in strength training. Do not just rush in and life your max. You’ll end up hurting yourself and doing damage. The typical is more weight, less reps builds muscles. Less weight, more reps tones muscles. You’ll want to do both eventually, but I’d start with increasing weight as you can lift it with less reps. I’ve included a website that has a pretty comprehensive view on body building, and what I like is that it has several free e-books on bodybuilding. Hi friend! I read in an ancient herbal medicine book that to increase your weight you can take a glass of milk (boiled) with honey at every morning before eating and to decrease weight you can take a glass of hot water with honey at every morning before eating.

it's really easy -it's if you want to get the ideal body weight, every day you have to walk less than one pound or if you want it more suited to the office again , from the car ride yaa better walking and it will make you are more ideal weight again.yhus a tip from me because i also did the same thing
