Annoying Real Life videos and photos on Facebook

You finally reached home, tired but want to check you Facebook profile for a while and then all of a sudden someone shared a video/photo link that ignites your conscience that make your sleepless nights. I experience this sometimes when someone shared a link about a girl brutally beaten by his neighborhood. That was so heinous and it clang into my thoughts all throughout the day. It feels like i lost a big portion of my energy. I feel so disturbed.
I am sure you also have this experiences. In my case, I delete that friend and delete his post in my wall. how about you? how do you deal with this videos?

i don't know. but some of those are really eye opening movies but not as good as cinemas. i don't think there's anything i can do even though they share it with me, i would get mad though but that's reality, something we all need to accept. you could have scolded this friend of yours instead of deleting him/her, or probably you kept receiving this from your friend that you had enough.

I just ignore it and won't even bother watching it. I feel the same too about horrible videos. I can't stand watching it. Especially brutal ones!
