what sort of foods should be taken to stay healthy fast foods or home made foods(healthy foods).

Well of course home made foods are more likely to be healthy compared to fast foods..Fast foods usually are high in salt, artificial flavors, and MSG etc. If you made your food, you are 100% guaranteed that you know what is its content and how healthy it is for you.. Of course i'm sure you wouldn't make foods that you know are filled with bad stuffs..So to be sure of your health, go for home made foods..Lie low with fast foods, they aren't all good for you..

I still consider the home made food is the healthiest preparation because they dont put some preservatives unlike the fast foods. A lot of preservatives and I dont think so its good for our health. SO if you wanna stay healthy stay away from the fast foods and be patient to prepare foods.

Of course stuff that you make yourself at home are always healthier, because you can check what you put in them, and how much of bad stuff, such as salt and fat you put in. When you eat out, no matter if you eat at a fast food place or at a restaurant, you have no control over that at all. So I personally prefer to cook myself!

Home made foods are sure to make you healthy. But, Fast foods are more delicious....
