Mismatch

I have read an article recently which tackled about the mismatch of graduates' skills and specific needs of the industry. This is really apparent in the Philippines and what I can wish for is just to solve this problem because human resources are worth not to be taken for granted. There has to be a match to use them and match both.

That's true. But that just the reality when you produce too many graduates and too few a job to accommodate them all. It would take a long time before we can reverse this trend. The best thing to do is for our schools to be competitive so our graduates can easily find jobs somewhere else. It's a dream of course to go to school and land a decent paying job in your own country but now that's still a dream. Until then, we should expect more OFWs coming out of this country.
