Everyone knows some form of hate. people hate other people, or things and they 'deal' with it what ever the hell that means. humans have felt the emotion of hate since we first existed. people kill other people every single day because of hate. kids walk into school and kill the people all the time. adults walk into work, into churches, into shopping malls and kill because they hate someone or everyone. In whatever form it takes hate is hate. not 'dislike'. im not talking about how you 'hate' homework or you 'hate' long meetings at the office. im talking about real hate. pure hatred for someone to the point of wanting to rip the life from them just to make your world a better place. Well...What if that hate isn't toward another person? What if you hate yourself? what if YOU are the worst person you've ever met? what if you want to kill yourself just to make the world a better place? how the hell do you deal with something like that? I mean Is something like that even considered suicidal?

If you truly want to improve your life, you have to travel lightly. That is, you have to learn to let go of self-defeating such as hatred. It's going to be very difficult, if not impossible, for you to feel good about yourself and to improve your life if you are filled with hostility or consumed by deep-rooted hatred. Let's face it, we all get hatred from time to time. Hatred is a common human emotion. Yet, eventually you have to let go of your hate and go on with your life. Don't dwell on the events or circumstances that invoke your hate. Instead try and learn from these experiences so that you may be able to avoid them or at least deal with them better in the future. Thanks ^^
