Is Food control our whole body system..........not only!

You may feel a fool discussion log on here. if it's just read. After fasting one or three day if you take heavy meal you will be sick. What's going on. In our stomach food gyration system is belong lot of steps. If you take flesh, fish, egg made food; you will turn yourself to fatty or bulky and short life time also. So in my feeling to share it's better to take vegetable. Or turn yourself a vegetarian. Which give long life, restlessness workability, good behave, good human being for then society lost the crucial and brutal mentality. Then we can build the world a peaceful environment. Harmonious world which we will share for our upcoming generation. So, your food habit can change a revolution in the world. So if you build a group or nation then that will be symbol of peace and harmony to the world. World just not for human only, isn't it? So keep the world green by save the live. So be passion to other's life and longevity. Take more vegetable instead meat, fish, egg or oily food. Try to be vegetarian yourself.

Meat is an important source of Vitamin B12 in the body which in can rarely be found in all vegetable diet.Vitamin B12 is for maintenance of healthy nervous system. Vitamin B12 is essential in maintaining the myelin sheath that are essential for the transmission of nerve impulse in the body. So having a healthy mind is not really affected by the food we eat but by our perception in life and most importantly our relationship with God.

I start from your last words 'relationship with God'. Yes, our nerve system will be strong just relate with God. Build a relation with God, you have to in cool mind for meditation, isn't it? Food habit: vegetarian and non-vegetarian is not same in mind. yes, Sakura24, i know B12 is necessary for growth and development of children, synthesis of red blood cells and maintain the nervous systems. Meat is source of B12 which is more cheapest and easiest but lots of plant is in earth which contain B12 such as milk, yogurt, fermented soya product, seaweed and algae ( spirulina).
