In Reference to Willie's Situation: Can you end a binding contract?

Quite puzzled about the ABS-CBN Issue against Willie the wowowee. Is there a human rights guidelines over this? Or shall we say, does ABS-CBN's decision not releasing willie from its contract a selfish act or humane? I guess it's a matter of a character assassination. I don't know where to side but I'm always a fan of an underdog. So what's your views on this?

I also dont know where to side and I dont know how to weigh things in this situation. I would like willie to return to wowowee but that would not be possible. I also dont want that ABS will just let go of Willie because I dont want him to go another network because I dont like the other network.
I found willie to be generous in a lot of his contestants and that's what make the show more exciting and thrill. There is no one who could do that not even Kris who is also earning much.

yes your'e true at that. It's the sad part of the story. Smaller once being banged by a giant. Helpless as it is, the only chance for willie to be released from his contract is the support of the masses especially those fans of Wowowee.

On being generous: the money he is giving away is not his to begin with: that is the show's fund - their money. Talk with all the people he's worked with outside the show, and even inside the abs-cbn compound and you will know that everyone there does not feel that willie is sincere and is not very generous himself towards the people he works with...
I think that this word war, and whatever issues he has with ABS was because he's abused what the stations/network has given him - thinking he's going to be "valued" more than Dolphy or Sharon C. themselves - wrong thinking though...
