PayPal in Serbia and few other countries

OK, so i live in Serbia, that is one small Balkan country, and i couldn`t not to notice that Serbia is one of rare countries not on the list for PayPal. This IS really big problem, since there is so much good things to do with PayPal. Still countries as Bosnia, Albania, Croatia are on PayPal list, even that they are simular (or even less) life standard then Serbia. So i wonder does anyone know when PayPal is planing to update list? And does anyone have same problem in their country? I have sent them email about that, and waiting for reply.
