Web hosting?

So in high school, I took a course called Web Page Design. I love programing (java, c++, even my graphic calculator) and I had previously tough myself basic HTML and CSS. So the class was a breeze. Anyway...I grew to love making webpages (javascrip!) and wanna get into flash! I was thinking about making myself a website but was wondering if I could host it online...FREE. I heard of something called AngelFire but i haven't really checked into it. Any suggestions?
