meeting an Indian friend

Don't take any tensions before a meeting. Especially before meeting an Indian guy. As am an Indian, i know what an Indian expect for a meeting. Just be simple and natural when you talk with him and also in dressing. Every Indian likes to be simple and all that. So be simple and natural. All the best for the meeting.

Like with every meeting, just be yourself.

A friend is a friend. Friends meet more informally, I guess. There should be nothing special about an Indian or for that matter from any country. Have you wondered what your friend would be thinking? Just be yourself. If he/she is meeting you for the first time just greet in your usual manner and make up the courtesy after observation. That's it. Have a nice time.

Before meeting him just go through the culture of india, and try memorise few famous places of india like taj mahal, delhi capital of india, bangalore IT hub etc... Just meet with honest and sincerity....
