how long do you sit in front of your computer in a day?

i have been sitting here a long time my eyes and my head is killing me.

i'm usually at the computer doing something or another long enough for it to be considered mentally unhealthy, then add about 3 hours to that

I sit for 5 hours a day in front of computer, working through internet. Presently I spend 3 hours for mylot and rest 2 hours for other sites.
