When you EAT more FOOD?

When you eat more food, whether in the morning break fast time or during luch session or in the night dinner session? when exactly you eat more food? Why because for me, i will have light breakfast and the remaining two session i will have more food that is during lunch and dinner session. What about you friend?

I eat most at dinner time, but it is not much more compared to lunch and breakfast. Then I also have 3 snacks throughout the day inbetween the 3 main meals, these snacks can be carrots, appel or other small thing. It keeps up your bloodsugar so you dont get sudden cravings for candy...

Hmm so you will eat more in night time rather than every time. snacks like carrot apple is good for health. It keeps every one healthier and nice life.

I think it is because from the evening dinner until the breakfast takes around 12 hours with only a single snack inbetween where the difference from breakfast to lunch and from lunch to dinner only ranges 5-6 hours.

It is always in the afternoon. During the morning I am always in a hurry to work that is why I don't eat a lot. At lunch, I am at work, and food is expensive so I don't eat much also. So hen I went home in the afternoon that is the only time that I can eat more.

Me also the same but i will have in the morning but not so much. But in the afternoon i will have it normally more food so that i can cover the morning space.

I skip breakfast sometimes. I eat more during dinner. That's my bad habit. I also eat more when i am tired and very hungry. That happens when I skip two meals or have light meal. I eat like a horse sometimes.

I too if i am unable to get up early in the morning or if i sleep late night. But i will have double in the lunch session because i have to cover it so.

Well, I follow, eat like a King in the morning, Eat like a prince in the noon and eat like a princes in the night.. I mean, the Break-fast should always be heavy and than your Lunch and so min th night dinner.. There is scientific reason for this sayings and true, You must eat good and heavy food to restain the lost energy by the gap in meals..and Dinner as min ..as normaly people sleep after dinner so to digest a light food is always good for the System.. Hmm nice explaination that you have given in the above response. Means you will follow according to scientific reason. For that scientific reason i use to eat more and more and it will digest for sure.

I actually eat the most during breakfast. Its what I have read that's right. Eat the most during breakfast, lesser for lunch and the least for dinner because I am going to sleep afterwards. There would also be times that I no longer eat dinner. I want to feel light every time I wake up.

But for me its very difficult to eat more during breakfast. I don't know it won't go more while having it in the morning. But in Lunch and dinner session i will have it more without any issue.

I always eat more food in the morning usually because i need my strength to stay in class and listen to class teachers, lecturers and so on. Usually whenever i am hungry i eat whatever i want because i believe that eating shouldn't be compromised for anything. So i always make it a point to keep my tummy 90% full at times. Every one is telling that they will have more food in the morning while having breakfast but i don't know how is it possible to have more food in the morning. I will try to eat more food in the morning from tomorrow.

I eat more just about everytime i eat or whether i feel like eating more. I really don't follow any strict diet. I feel it's better for me that way cuz i'm not really on a course to lose weight or anything.

Good that is right friend, we should eat whatever we want without doing any type of diet. I don't know why the so many people go for dieting rather than leading a life with freedom.

I think that during the later part of the afternoon is when I tend to eat more food. In general but not always. In the morning, I eat a breakfast, that will just get me through the morning. In the afternoon and perhaps in the early evening, I tend to eat a bigger meal. The breakfast has worn off and that time, I need to eat something a bit heavier. Yeah, the morning can be hectic a lot of the times. So I don't get as much as I would like for breakfast. I do eat something. However, by it is time to eat lunch, I have to make up for it. Still it is enough to get me through the morning. That is really all that I concern myself with anymore. Just enough of a breakfast to survive the morning. I can make up for it during lunch or dinner.

every sunday me and friends wil play cricket from morning to evening.i wil be very hungry when i reach the home. at that time i wil eat a lot.in working days i wil eat more food in night dinner
