So true, answering machines get me very riles, specially when i want to speak to someone and make them understand the actual problem and the assumed IVR messages. When you have a person on the other side, they hear the emotions in your words and not only understand what you are saying but also have sympathy. What can you expect form a machine. Customer service means making people happy not making machines happy.
