If you like fries with a little fiery kick , you can try this.
First,preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Cut 1 large potato into wedges. Mix 1T olive oil, 1/2t paprika, 1/2t garlic powder, 1/2t chili powder and 1/2t onion powder together. Coat potatoes with oil/spice mixture and place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven.

That sounds really delicious! Too bad we don't have an oven, can I use an oven toaster to cook that?

I like my french fries fried. Before I fry them, I soak the sliced potatoes in water for 8 hours (you can also dip it in salted water if you like it salty). Then I fry them in oil and butter/margarine. And for the dip, I mix mayonnaise and ketchup. You should try it... It's really good!

I bake my french fries. I cut the potatoes into strips then place them on a baking sheet. Brush with butter and dust with herbs then bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. They are very yummy cooked this way.
