Our neighbor gave birth in our house

We were waken up at 3am today by our neighbor asking for help because she's already in labor. Her husband's not home and it was just her and their 1 year old son. We don't have a car so my mother had to go to the other neighbor for help to bring her to the hospital. But even before the car came, the baby was already delivered. I was inside the house when I heard the baby's cry. It was astounding and I was amazed that she had delivered the baby in front of our door with just our nanny with her. Finally the car came and she and the baby was brought to the hospital. Hopefully they are both well and without any complication. Her son stays with us as of the moment and waiting for his father to arrive. What a way to start the day... A blessing really and it just happened to be friday the 13th.
