Have you ever walked by a bed of flowers and just smelled them?

I was walking by the health center and there stood a bunch of roses. I don't really care for roses though. But,this day I wanted some to put oon my dining table. I tried to break it from the branch but could not. I kept getting stuck in the hand by those spikes. So I just left them but,they did smell nice.

Shame you couldn't break a few off. Hope you didn't hurt yourself either with those spikes.
Hope you can get some of your own or another type of flower that you like to put on your dining table.
I have only smelt a flower or flowers in the streets / neighbourhood like twice. They looked so pretty and smelt lovely also.

No MrDollars, I didn't hurt myself really. Flowers, the smell of them, can really liven up a place but there were a couple of times where certain flowers would not be so pleasing :)

Outside our room in the garden we have a beautiful flower garden. I love waking up and walking outside and just enjoying the sunshine and fresh scent of the flowers while having my morning coffee and reading the daily newspaper.

It is hard for me to resist "stopping to smell the roses" or any other flower for that matter. I love flowers and their scent. I love to have fresh cut flowers in the house but my cat eats them so I don't bring them in too often :)

I do this. We have a big flower garden behind home and i enjoy going there and spending time a lot. I feel like i am some where in rainbow, when i am in garden.

i always liked roses...the first bunch of flowers that i received from my boyfriend was a bouquet of red roses...love them a lot...
