help with real estate

hi has anymore here a real estate agent? i am actually, i just started last may of this year however i never got a sale yet. i have already tried all adverts like posting it online,i created a blog for it and it even created a separate account on facebook just for me to be able to get attention to all possible buyers. i know am new to it since i really don't have experience with selling yet since i have technical background. can anyone give me advice as to else to do? by the way i have also posted some houses in other advert sites, i even included my blog's link in myLot. i know i need to improve more. can anyone help me? you can also check my blogsite and see as to what else should i do to improve my blog.. thanks a lot. appreciate the help and advise. thanks.. :)
