Which Songs Would You Ban

A few days ago, I was reading an article about Simon Cowell possibly banning a few songs from Britain's X Factor show. There were just certain songs that he no longer wanted contestants to sing again- the songs that almost everyone does a bad rendition of. I believe the writer of the article brought up the topic of his American version of X Factor- or even American Idol- start banning songs too.
If you were a producer of one of these talent shows what songs would you ban from being sung?
My list might include:
Kelly Clarkson's Because of You
Whitney Houston's I'll Always Love You
Mariah Carey's Hero

Probably anything by Lady Gaga or Justin Bieber.

My list would include Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" and Josh Groban's "You Raise Me Up". Why? Because no matter which talent show, those are sung in an excessive amount. I don't think banning would be very reasonable, but the judges are people, too :).
