In your opinion, what is the best eye cream out there? I have used the Neutrogena that promises results with wrinkles, etc., the Fructis one with Sarah Jessica Parker's picture on it, the L'Oreal, and others. None of them seem to make a difference. They're all rather pricey, some of them kind of sting when you put them on (which makes me wonder if it's doing more harm than good), but what is the best one for you that helps diminish wrinkles, etc., and keeps that area moisturized? I haven't found one yet that I really love.
