mediation with the cheaters!

I was cheated by some guys and I think the police will not care about such things because I don't have some evidences on hands. Who I should face are someones having gangs' background! If you are in this situation, what are you going to do? Thanks!

Difficult if you have a problem with gangs. If we report to police, gang members would have their revenge. The problem is not to be done, but we are doomed.
