well I've heard from some of my friends that there are sites online where a person can watch free movies online. i don't know if its true or not, but if so what are some of the websites that i could dos this on? I've done searches for it but most of the sites i come up with you have to do some offer just to watch the movies. another question that i had was would i get in trouble for going to these sites and watching these movies? well i just want to thank those people who took the time to answer my question. keep on mylotting.

Of course it's true. You can go two ways. Either you download the movie or you watch a streaming movie.

Download through newsgroups costs money, or torrents mostly free.
Thepiratebay.com is a big torrent site as for news groups I have no clue, I don't use them.
