Female and Male Fish

I used to have 2 fish tanks and some of the fish kept having babies, we put all the fish together and they still look pregnant and before I could see the baby fish swimming around now that they are all together I never see them anymore, Does anyone know if the male fish eat the babies? Now they are all together and they used to be seperated the male and female except the male and a few females were together but these are different kind and the other ones died

What kind of fish do you keep? Yes some fish, male or female, eats their youngs. Depends on what type of fish they are. Just research on it and you will get the answers.

I am not sure what they are my husband bought them all I know is some the ones that are pregnant are like a really bright orange color and have some black on them and the are 2 light pink fish and the other 2 are kind of a whitish gold and tan I don't have a clue but I am going to reasearch like you said and thanks for the answers and have a good day!
