Can anyone suggest a site with autosurf?

Hello everyone I had an idea to myself today. Does anyone know of any site where you can earn money with it just working in the background, pherhaps like an autosurf traffic exchange site or something. Some conditions on the site are: Firstly, no downloads needed. I don't trust anything that says earn money and the word download in the same sentance. Secondly: I live in UK, so i need to be allowed to do it Preferably payment by paypal, but i will take amazon.CO.UK or cheque. Anyone have any suggestions? Its just so i can run it whilst watching a dvd or something like that.
